The work relations, between employers and employees, are very balanced, especially since the introduction of the new Work Code, in January 2004. The weakly work hours are 40, although there is flexibility in this issue. The employees are entitled to 22 days holidays and compensation on holidays and in Christmas in the same value as the monthly salary.
